May 13, 2022
Dear Colleagues,
We have officially completed another successful academic year!
This week, we celebrated our class of 2022 graduates with their family and friends. We conferred 998 degrees, including 167 Master’s Degrees, 812 Bachelor’s Degrees, and 19 Associates Degrees. Fifty-eight of these students graduated as members of our Honors Program and 62 as members of Indiana’s 21st Century Scholars Program. Additionally, 23 graduates are veterans of our Armed Forces, and we are grateful to them for their service. One out of three graduates are among the first in their family to graduate from college and one in four is a student of color.
These students made it to the finish line in large part because of you. Thank you for all you do each day to help our students achieve this momentous milestone. I hope you will be able to take time this summer to refresh and recharge but also to reflect on the impact you make on our students as well as our greater community.
